Travel Guide Romania

Together with some friends, I tried for the very first time a via ferrata in Apuseni and it was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better guide (thanks Adina!!!) to lead us into this amazing experience and we can't wait to try out other adventures, always with the professional guidance of Trave Guide Romania! Many thanks also to Cristina for her patience in answering my many mails and setting up the logistics for our trip. To all of you adventure seekers out there...look no further and book here and now the amazing outdoor experience of your choice!

In April 2018 we visited the 3 caves Vadu Crisului cave, Meziad Cave and the Bear cave with the help of the guides Cristina and Bogdan. Both are well experienced cavers so everything went smooth and easy. They suggested different caves and re schedules to give us the best experience and even helped us to track our lost luggage from the airport so it could arrive at the right hotel. Sadly we only meet them for two days, it would been nice to get to know them better.

Everything in guided tours by Cristina & Bogdan has been perfect, starting from swift communication, through hosting and of course guiding!!! Cristina & Bogdan truly love Romania and its nature and seek share their passion with others.

We went to Apuseni just the two of us after a few years break from going hiking. It was the first time we went in that area and we had an idea of what we want to do there. while looking for ideas for routes I´ve seen a via ferrata from Vartop and a lovely route to Bohodei waterfall, so we decided to ask for Cristina and Bogdan help on taking us there. That was a great decision! We had a fantastic time on via ferrata, on Groapa Ruginoasa and at Bohodei waterfall (two days). Our guides were very professional, they took good care of us and explained and showed us everything around. We felt safe and relaxed all the time and we enjoyed the beauty of the places there, without having to worry not a single moment about our safety, about which direction we should go or how to get back to our place.
What made the experience even more special was the feeling we had we are welcomed there and we are spending time with some old friends, even if we only knew them for few days. I still remember homemade cheese pie from Cristina :).
We highly recommend them for their professionalism and for being such lovely companions!

What an amazing trip we had through remote areas of the Danube Delta with our outstanding guide, Florin. We explored areas in which birds were abundant, but people were few. We did most of the trip on a small boat since our goal was to photograph a large diversity of birds. We also spent one afternoon traveling though the Delta in kayaks, which provided us with a more enriching experience and a different perspective. Another highlight was camping in the Delta! Florin has a wealth of knowledge to share - and he shares it freely. He was, by far, the best guide we have had throughout all of our globetrotting. We highly recommend a trip to the Danube Delta with him. You won't be disappointed. Once again, thank you for your kindness, patience, and willingness to share the Delta with us.

We had the chance to be guided by Cristina and Bogdan last summer for a caving trip in Old mans cave, Apuseni moutains. One of the best memory of our trip! The Cave itself was amazing, beautiful and very interesting, with one rappel, narrow sections along with wide and beautiful rooms.
Cristina and Bogdan were the perfect guides. Highly professionals, very friendly, great attention to details (we will remember the hot chocolate and cake in the cave, thanks again!) and very well organized.
We highly recommend them for a great caving experience.

Nous avons effectue une sortie speleo l ete dernier, dans la grotte Old man cave, dans les Apuseni, encadres par Cristina et Bogdan.
Tres belle grotte, tres variee et interessante. Cristina et Bogdan se sont averes des guides parfaits. Tres professionnels et competents, tres bien organises, nous nous sommes sentis en totale securite. Et ils sont tres sympas!

We came as a group of guides from Israel and did via-ferrata, wet canyoning ,dry canyoning and caving in the amazing area of Apuseni Mountains , the views were amazing and the hospitality was great but most of all we loved Cristina and Bogdan from Travel Guide Romania that made us feel like home and led us to these beautifull places in the most proffesional and safe way , thank you very much, we will defenetly come back !!!

On July 2016, we traveled, a group of 6 from Israel, with Travel Guide Romania. Cristina and Bogdan took us on 2 days trip near Sinaia and Brashov. The first was dry canyoning and the second – a trek in the wild nature. Both trips were beautiful, challenging and unknown to tourists. Cristina and Bogdan are professional guides and made us feel safe throughout the journey. They were kind and attentive to our needs. The choice of the treks matched our capabilities and made the trip very special. Can't wait till next time

Anul acesta am iesit din zona de confort si am incercat pentru prima oara ture de via ferrata, rafting, canyoning - experiente de neuitat 😀
La munte mai fusesem de multe ori pe trasee, efort fizic, satisfactie personala odata cu fiecare varf cucerit :P, dar aceste ture alaturi de echipa de la TGR, care nu numai ca ne-a insotit, ne-a facut instructaj si a fost alaturi de noi every step of the way, au fost unice, am invatat foarte multe de la ei si o sa imi amintesc cu foarte mare drag de ele.
Cei de la TGR au dat dovada de profesionalism, iscusinta, rabdare si au avut incredere in noi si in abilitatile noastre, mai mult de atat, am observat pasiunea cu care ne explicau fiecare pas urmat care m-a ambitionat si m-a determinat sa merg in continuare si imi depasesc limitele.
Oameni faini, de viata, deschisi spre aventura alaturi de care mi-as dori sa mai mergem in excursiile viitoare, ii recomand din suflet si le multumesc pentru tot 😀

Salutare, pentru TRG pot să spun că am numai cuvinte de laudă. Am făcut alături de ei primele ture de via ferrata, canyoning și rafting în trei excursii în Munții Apuseni mai mult decât memorabile.
Cristina și Bogdan sunt profesioniști în ceea ce fac, nu am avut nici un fel de probleme, toată activitatea desfășurându-se în condiții de siguranță sub supravegherea și îndrumarea lor .
Dar pe lângă asta, ceea ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult pe mine și prietenii mei este pasiunea cu care fac fiecare tură prin natură. Ne-au făcut să îndrăgim și mai mult muntele și să vrem să vedem cât mai mult. Pe lângă asta am primit sfaturi prețioase despre ture pe munte pe care el-am făcut apoi singuri.
Recomand cu încredere TGR și cu siguranță noi o să-i revedem cât mai curând în următoarele excursii prin frumoasa noastră țară.

Prima experienta cu TGR a fost in primavara pe 1 aprilie cand am facut prima via ferrata. Multumesc pentru ca m-ati ajutat sa imi inving frica de inaltimi si pentru peisajele minunate pe care am avut ocazia sa le vad.
Impreuna cu TGR am facut 3 via ferrata, preferata mea fiind cea de pe Cheile Turzii acolo peisajul e scos din file de poveste.
De asemenea tot cei de la TGR ne-au introdus in canyoning si rafting.
Am avut parte de trei aventuri extraordinare alaturi de oameni minunati.
Multumim Cristina, Bogdan si Peter pentru experientele minunate si in special multumim Cristina pentru lectiile de geografie. Abia astept urmatoarea aventura.
